isolation.

constants: FBSQL_ISO_READ_UNCOMMITTED,
FBSQL_ISO_READ_COMMITTED,
FBSQL_ISO_REPEATABLE_READ,
FBSQL_ISO_SERIALIZABLE,
or FBSQL_ISO_VERSIONED.
